How to Place Your Cargo Shipment Order

To order a standard cargo shipment, please follow the steps below using the Order Form. After submission and verification, an invoice will be sent to the provided pickup email address.

Step 1: Provide Order Details

  • Today’s Date: Enter the current date and time in the format (mm/dd/yyyy HH). This will indicate when you’re placing the order.

Step 2: Pickup Information

  • Pickup From: Fill out the following details for the pickup location:
    • Name of the Pickup Point of Contact
    • Pickup Point of Contact Email
    • Pickup Point of Contact Phone Number
    • Pickup Date and Time (mm/dd/yyyy HH)
    • Pickup Address (Street and Zip Code)
    • Include any special instructions that the driver should be aware of for the pickup.

Step 3: Delivery Information

  • Delivery To: Provide the details for the delivery location:
    • Name of the Delivery Point of Contact
    • Delivery Date and Time (mm/dd/yyyy HH)
    • Delivery Address (Street and Zip Code)
    • Optionally, include a Delivery Point of Contact Email
    • Add special instructions for the delivery.

Step 4: Delivery Options

  • Choose the type of delivery service you require from the following:
    • Local Delivery
    • (Optional) Volume-Based Pricing (Choose based on the number of deliveries per month, Call 1-(888)-341-2690 to set up an account)
      • 1-50 deliveries/month
      • 51-100 deliveries/month
      • 101-200 deliveries/month
      • 201+ deliveries/month

Step 5: Additional Information

  • Enter the distance in miles between the pickup and delivery locations.
  • Enter the weight of the shipment in pounds (lbs).

Step 6: Additional Services (Optional)

  • Check any additional services that apply:
    • Signature Confirmation
    • Holiday/Weekend Surcharge

Once you’ve completed the form with all required details, click Submit. Your order will be processed, and you’ll receive an invoice for verification.

    • Click “Checkout” to proceed to payment.

    • Complete the payment process as instructed.

To schedule a moving service by the hour, simply follow the steps below:
